How do I send a bottle?

Tap "Throw a Bottle" on the fountain screen, write your message, choose a destination, and tap "Set sail". Your bottle will be delivered within the selected time frame.

How long does it take for a bottle to arrive?

Nearby bottles arrive in about 10 minutes, "I Feel Lucky" bottles in about 1 hour, and Far Away bottles in about 6 hours.

Is my identity anonymous?

Yes — when you post wishes anonymously or send bottles to strangers, your identity is completely hidden. You can choose to reveal your identity when sending to someone you know.

What is Wishkeeper?

Wishkeeper is our premium subscription that unlocks unlimited wishes, all bottle skins, express delivery, and more. Available for $2.99/month or $19.99/year.

How do I cancel my Wishkeeper subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings (⋮) → and select "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

I found inappropriate content — how do I report it?

Tap the three dots (⋯) on any wish or bottle and select "Report". Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
