• You are responsible for all activity under your account

You agree NOT to use Wish Fountain to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share sexual content involving minors
• Spam, advertise, or promote commercial products
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Use automated bots or scripts

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on Wish Fountain, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the app. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Anonymity

Wish Fountain provides anonymous features. However, anonymity does not exempt you from these Terms of Service. We may disclose your identity to law enforcement if required by law or to protect safety.

7. Wishkeeper Subscription

• Wishkeeper is our premium subscription service
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds are subject to App Store or Google Play policies
• We reserve the right to modify subscription features with notice

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimer

Wish Fountain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content posted by users or any damages resulting from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email.
